Brandon and his team at Hustle X Moving Inc. were amazing! This is the first time that we have hired a moving company to help us with a move. We made sure that we did our research before hiring. Upon arrival, Brandon and his team were quick to unload the truck so as not to block off access to the complex for other residents. At one point, they even came up with a creative solution to move our large sectional inside to the second floor, which we are grateful for!

From there, we handle everything—packing, moving, cleaning, junk removal, and unpacking. While most people spend 40-60 hours managing a traditional move, our clients often spend less than 2 hours of their valuable time on the entire process.

What makes your Full-Service moving different from other movers?

Most moving companies only handle loading and transport—you’re left to pack, clean, coordinate storage, and deal with junk removal on your own. Our Full-Service approach means your dedicated Project Concierge orchestrates every single detail—from custom crating your valuables to deep cleaning both locations to styling your new home. You don’t coordinate multiple vendors or lift a single box. You simply walk into a fully functional home.

What if I only need some of your services, not everything?

We’re completely flexible. Whether you only need packing, just cleaning, or specialty item handling, we customize our service package to fit your exact needs. Your Project Concierge will work with you to build the right solution—whether that’s our full end-to-end service or select components.

What happens if something isn't placed correctly or I want changes after the move?

Our service includes 7 days of post-move support. If any item needs repositioning or you want to modify any arrangement, your Project Concierge will dispatch our team to make the changes. We also conduct a detailed walkthrough after setup to ensure everything meets your expectations before considering the job complete.

How much does an Executive Relocation cost?

Since each move is unique, we customize our service package based on your specific needs, home size, and level of service. While we provide premium white-glove service that exceeds traditional moving companies (including your dedicated Project Concierge, complete packing, cleaning, and home setup), we find our clients value the time and energy saved over the cost difference. During your initial consultation, your Project Concierge will assess your specific needs and provide a comprehensive, transparent quote that includes all services with no hidden fees or surprises.

Do I need to be present during packing or moving day?

Not at all. Our service is specifically designed for high-performance individuals with demanding schedules. Your Project Concierge acts as your move manager, executing everything according to your specifications. You don’t need to be present for packing, moving, cleaning, or unpacking—allowing you to stay focused on your priorities while we handle the entire process.

How do you handle fragile or high-value items?

We use premium packing materials, custom crating for delicate pieces, and in-home protective wrapping for all furniture. High-value items like artwork, antiques, and collectibles receive specialized handling with strict chain of custody protocols. Your Project Concierge maintains detailed digital inventories throughout the entire process.

How far in advance do I need to book Full-Service moving?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for optimal scheduling, especially during peak moving seasons. That said, we understand that life doesn’t always give advance notice.
